1. Because she's toddler, Leila's go, go, go! She doesn't like to sit still and isn't the best cuddler...but about a month ago she went through this phase where all she wanted to do was fall asleep on her mommy. Let me just say that there's nothing better than snuggling your sleeping baby. There were a few days back to back where we both took 2 hour naps together. It was bliss I tell you. Bliss!
2. Leila is also going through a phase where she's getting into everything...everything! Ok, I don't know if it's a phase because she's always been this way but it's gotten worse. Her favorite things: boxes of cereal, q-tips, and tearing all her books off the shelf.
We're obsessed with Modern Family and you know how Claire always wants Phil to fix the step on the stairs? Well, I bug Eric all the time about putting the child locks under the sink in the bathroom to prevent messes like this:
Why don't we keep the bathroom and pantry door closed you ask? Oh we do...or try to...but somehow she always finds a way in.

ugh jadie is tall enough to be getting into the drawers now and its driving me crazy!!! i was telling my mom the other day and her response was, "a normal healthy toddler." yes, i agree, it's part of toddlerhood, but doesn't mean i have to like it!
She is so precious, she remains me of you, getting into trouble, but you liked the kitchen pots the most and all the tupperware and lids. Leila es muy inteligente y traviesa como su mami.
haha looks like our house with all those little messes! "fix that step!" cracked me up. we love modern family too :)
I love how you take pictures of these moments. I need to remember to pull out my camera instead of getting upset when Sam does stuff like this. You're a great mom!
